Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar, announced today its results for the fourth quarter and FY 2012. Here are some of the key Rockstar related points from the results:

• Max Payne 3 for PC has been pushed back to a world wide release of June 1st, this includes North America. No reason was given for holding the release back.
• Max Payne 3 for consoles has sold 3 million units during its initial launch.
• Rockstar Social Club now has nearly 15 million members.
• Max Payne Mobile for Android has been pushed to sometime in June.
• The first DLC pack for Max Payne 3, Local Justice Map Pack, is on track for a June release.
• The upcoming release schedule lists Grand Theft Auto V as coming after BioShock Infinite (Feb 26, 2013) but before XCOM (FY 2014).
• The schedule doesn't list AGENT as an upcoming game (Perhaps coming to next gen consoles instead?)
